I have not received the 2019 tax refund for the estate of Anna Meyer, for which I, Randall Meyer, am the personal representative. I spoke with an IRS representative, Dionnie Smith, in early August who processed the paperwork for the refund, stating I should receive the check in 4 to 6 weeks. It has now been over 8 weeks and I still have not received the check. Additionally, I mistakenly received a membership refund of $55.00 from Just Answer, which I did not request. I would like to know the status of both the tax refund and the membership refund.

I am having trouble figuring out how to get on chat with you again. I have a 1098-T form with nothing in box 1. What should I use for my tax return? Can I add the cost of books? What is AMT? If I tip you, do you get the entire amount? Do you just answer tax questions, or can you help with finance and social security questions as well? My middle son has autism and I will need help with getting him on disability in the near future. Can you help with that?
