I have a lamp that is 18.5 inches from the porcelain base to the top of the socket, and 19.5 inches from the metal base to the top of the socket. It appears to have a base added later, as there's a hole in the bottom for a cord, and it is in two pieces with a rod through the middle. The lamp looks hand-painted, and I see some numbers/letters on the underside of the porcelain. Can you provide information on the lamp, including its manufacturer, country of origin, and value?
