I have an old barber chair, possibly a Theo Kochs from around 1880-1915. My grandmother was offered $4500 for it in 2001 by an antiques dealer. I would like to know what it is worth now and what I could sell it for.

I am trying to identify a doll with the marking '698 1/2 Germany #7'. The doll is 18 inches long, has a bisque head with closing eyes and an open mouth with teeth, and a cloth body with black leather boots. The doll belonged to my great aunt who was born in Oshkosh, WI in 1883. What can you tell me about the doll's manufacturer and its value?

I recently purchased an original oil painting by Manor Shadian from an online auction site for $4,250. I am having doubts about its actual value because I can't find any information about the artist beyond sites related to himself or his family. The auction site gave the painting a tag value of $28,000, which they do not guarantee. Should I accept the delivery or ask for a refund?
