Came home to a flooded kitchen. Water is coming from a built-in side-by-side refrigerator. It seems to be coming from the filter, but could also be a water line break. How can I determine the source of the leak and what should I do to fix it?

My Whirlpool Cabrio washer is stuck in 'sensing' mode and won't proceed to wash cycles. I tried resetting it by turning it off, unplugging it, and following a specific sequence, but it didn't reset. I also can't enter diagnostic settings. The issue started after the hot water heater was repaired, and I suspect air might have entered the water supply lines. What can I do to resolve this issue?

If a modern-day refrigerator has an ice buildup issue, is it wise to manually defrost it by turning it off for a few days? Is there any negative effects to doing it this way or is it recommended to manually remove the ice?

We have an Amana Dishwasher model ADB1000AWW1, and the lower spray arm is not turning. The dishwasher is 5 years old, and there is water coming out of the arm but with a very weak stream. What could be the issue, and how can I fix it myself?

I have a Thermador Microwave model # MBBS/01. The turntable doesn't turn, and I see the brown plastic piece under the plate has a broken center piece. I need the part GN.01.02 5888W2A012-1 to make the glass plate turn. Do you plan on doing the work yourself, and is there anything else we should know to help you best?

I have a KitchenAid refrigerator model KBLP36FKS00, about 12 years old. We've had issues with defrost during heavy use and the freezer drawer not being fully closed. A repair person gave me a reset code some years ago, and we've been careful to close doors since then. The door was left ajar again, and I can't find the code. Can you help?
