Our Beko dishwasher smells inside. I have cleaned the impellers, inside the rack tracks, and the filter. We clean the filter every other day and have run it with vinegar and a small bowl of baking soda on the top rack. There is always a bit of water left in the filter area. What else can I do to resolve this issue?

I have a Frigidaire Gallery Series front load washer. Whenever I wash rugs in my washer, they are left sopping wet at the end of the cycle. I have tried the Drain/Spin option on the machine, but it will not spin them fast enough to get the water out. Any ideas?
