I have a 700BFI Sub-Zero two-drawer freezer, serial M1175375. I replaced the evaporator and the filter/dryer, vacuumed and charged it with 6 oz of R-134A refrigerant, but the cabinet is not getting cold, although the cover over the evaporator gets very cold. It seems like the fan is not running. Additionally, I noticed the capillary line is wound around a few times before entering the filter dryer, and I had to bend the bottom tube of the filter dryer. Is this significant, and will it affect the gas flow? How can I test the fan for faults, and is the voltage I measured sufficient?

I am unable to use my 6-month-old GE microwave (model JE1145SH1SS). No matter what buttons I press, the display only shows 'food.' I have tried unplugging and plugging it back in, but the issue persists. What could be causing this problem and how can it be resolved?

I have a Samsung 4-door refrigerator, model code RF28K9380SG/AA, and it is showing a control lock. I have tried unplugging it for 20 minutes and then plugging it back in, but the control lock is still on. How do I unlock it?

We just bought a Whirlpool stainless steel dishwasher from Lowe's, model WDT750SAH-ZO. We could not find the plastic caps needed to attach the dishwasher to the sides of the cabinet after changing our countertop from laminate to quartz. What should we do to get these caps?

Kenmore Dryer (###) ###-#### stopped heating a week ago. The dryer was installed new in 2006. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps: vacuumed out the interior of the dryer, cleaned the flexible vent tube between the dryer and wall, disassembled the lint screen assembly and vacuumed it out, performed diagnostics at the control panel which resulted in an F-28 fault display, tested the thermal fuse (and replaced it), tested the thermistor and moisture sensor wire harness, and tested the moisture sensor strips. The moisture sensor strips yielded a continuous shrilling noise when bridged with a wet cloth, and the display changed to 9 and then 6 during the test. I have ordered new thermistor and moisture sensor strips. What else could be causing the no heat condition, and is there anything else I should check or replace?

My Centennial top-loading washer, about 10 years old, will not go past the wash mode. I tried running the diagnostic code generator and found codes F8E1 and 'no fill, long fill.' The water is hooked up, and the pressure is fine. What could be the issue, and what steps should I take to diagnose and potentially fix it?
