I have a Bosch refrigerator (Model KGN53X00AU or X70AU - freezer at bottom). It has started making a clicking sound intermittently when the compressor is running. The clicking noise has a frequency of about once a second when it happens, but it does not happen continuously all the time it is running. The problem is NOT the relay which engages the compressor, as a refrigeration technician has been in attendance and advised this was not the problem, but couldn't identify the cause of the clicking noise. The fridge appears to be working OK, and keeps the cabinet cool inside, although it does seem to run the compressor a good deal of the time - probably 70% of the time, even in winter weather. The noise is annoying, particularly in the quiet of the evening. Additionally, there is a substantial amount of ice on the floor of the freezer cabinet and a mini frozen waterfall down the back of the freezer cabinet, which is not normal for a frost-free fridge.

I have a GE Profile French door refrigerator with the freezer at the bottom (Model PFSF6PKXAWW). The drain freezes up at the bottom of the coils, causing the pan and the top part of the drain tube to be solid ice. This has happened twice, and I need to find out why this is happening. Additionally, the fan in the housing covering the coils was not turning when I took things apart. When should this fan work?

I have a front loader washer where the door lock mechanism keeps getting stuck in the locked position when the door is open. This prevents me from closing the door because it's already locked. I've tried using the manual lock underneath, but it's also jammed. I replaced the locking mechanism, which worked for about a week, but the issue returned. What could be causing this and what can I do to fix it?
