I'm trying to vacuum the dust from my subzero side-by-side condenser. I was able to brush the first layer, which is a black grate. I can see at least one more layer of black grate behind this first one. I tried to remove the 6 screws that hold the black grate but the grate will not budge. I called the 800 number and they said to just clean the first grate. Do you agree?
