I have a Jenn-Air wall oven, model JMW9530DAB, that is taking much longer to bake items and not cooking them evenly in the center. The oven temperature swings from a high of 391F to a low of 326F when set at 350F, which I believe is too wide for proper baking. Is there a way to reduce this temperature swing to a more reasonable range of 15F to 20F on either side of 350F, or is there anything else I can do to improve baking performance?
