I have a Kenmore HE 3T front-loading washer. The water jets above the detergent drawer on the left side seem to be clogged, while the right side (bleach and softener) fills properly. There are no error messages, and I don't know how to access the small area above the drawer. What should I do to fix this issue?

My Whirlpool oven model WFG505M0BW2 with a hot surface igniter is not lighting the oven. The issue started intermittently about a month or two ago but has now failed completely. I checked the resistance of the igniter, which is approximately 144 ohms, and the bake valve is 1 ohm. The oven igniter circuit energizes for a few seconds and then de-energizes. The new igniter resistance is 54 ohms. What could be the issue and what should I check or replace?
