I have Maytag double ovens and the doors are not closing properly. They do close but require a firm shove. The oven is electric, and I'm unsure of its age. The oven light stays on if the doors are not closed tightly. What is the fix, and do you have a repairman to perform the work?

My GE Profile fridge (model PFE29PSDCSS) will not dispense ice. It makes plenty of ice, and I’ve cleaned out the shoot. The fridge dispenses water but not ice. What could be the issue and what should I check?

My Amana refrigerator model ABB2222FEW will not go into defrost mode, causing frost build-up in the freezer. I suspect the jazz board might be the issue since I couldn't locate a defrost timer. The fridge runs fine otherwise, but I believe it runs too much due to the lack of defrost mode. How can I confirm if the jazz board controls the defrost mode, and if so, should I replace it?

My wife ran a heavy terry cloth robe in the washer and it would not spin completely out. The code 'Lr' came up in the window. We have tried to run another light wash load. The washer has filled with water but nothing is happening and the water is not spinning out. What can we do?

My husband accidentally removed the door from our new GE Gas range oven (model VM112174P). The hinge lock is not pulling down as shown in the installation videos, and the door latch appears to be a hook. He has tried prying down the hinge and the hinge lock, but they do not stay down or move onto the hinge as expected. Was the hinge lock supposed to be pulled down before removing the door? He seems to be using more force than shown in the videos, so we think he might be doing it wrong.
