I accidentally put dish detergent in my dishwasher, which caused excessive suds and required multiple cycles of vinegar and salt to clear. Now, the dishwasher seems to run but doesn't empty, leaving water under the heating element and dishes feeling powdery. The discharge hose is not plugged, and after manually draining the water, the machine switched to eco mode. The bottom of the machine is still full of water, and the pump is humming but not pumping. How do I access and replace the pump, and what tools and sealers are needed for disassembly and reassembly?

I have a KitchenAid refrigerator, model number KFIS25XVMS2, and the arm of the ice maker is stuck in the off position. I have tried to lower the arm manually, but the tension was too great, and I did not want to break anything. I do not see any ice holding the arm in the up or off position.
