My BES880BSS Barista Touch, which is 3 years old, has stopped working and is displaying an ERROR05 message. This is the first time this has happened. I have descaled the machine and done cleaning cycles regularly, with the last descale being about a week ago. The machine turns on but only shows the error message on the screen, and there are no buttons to perform any actions. What should I do to resolve this issue?
