Should my butter freeze in the fridge? My Crosley model CRTQAW fridge is about 2 years old, and the butter is not against any wall. Nothing else is freezing solid, but items like jam bottles are extremely cold, and things like mustard clog up. I can't keep celery crisp in the vegetable container. I've tried several settings, and finally put it on a setting recommended by Crosley, but the butter still freezes. Is this normal?

Our Whirlpool dryer is out of work. It is 9 years old, model WED5830swo, and functioning OK but no heat at all. Do you plan on doing the work yourself? Depend upon how difficult fix it? Anything else we should know to help you best?

This morning, I went to get water from the dispenser and all the lights were out, and nothing would come out of the ice or water, but it appears there are ice cubes in the holder. I have changed the filter. The refrigerator is a GE model GHSF5MGXCEBB. Do you plan on doing the work yourself? Is there anything else we should know to help you best? The freezer and fridge seem to be working fine so far.
