I have an LG washing machine that is about 10 years old. It was working great and then was moved to a new area and now is presenting with error code 'te' towards the end of the cycle. It will wash very small loads but if there is anything too heavy it will not spin, present the 'te' code and there is a pool of water. If I take some clothes out, it will run a rinse/spin cycle which is what I have been doing to troubleshoot in the meantime. Is this a big fix or is this something that will be easy to repair on my own?

My KitchenAid refrigerator model KBFS20EVMS has an ice maker that leaks down the back of the freezer. The freezer drawer was stuck, and upon forcing it open, we found the bottom shelf frozen to the back wall, the ice cube catcher with a thick layer of solid ice, and the sensor bar frozen to the bottom. We turned off the water source after clearing the ice. Do I need an exclusive KitchenAid technician to check it out, or can any plumber handle this issue?

I have an issue with custard coming out of the air meter on my appliance. The machine was cleaned on Thursday, and the problem started 1 day later. I plan to do the work myself and the appliance operates fine otherwise. What should I do to resolve this issue?
