My dishwasher stops during the drain cycle and shows F9 & S1 error codes. What is the problem and how can I fix it?

I have been waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes to talk to someone. I live in a rural area and need to talk to someone live. My appliances, a dryer and a washer, are less than 2 years old and have had service calls. The dryer still has issues, and now the washer's electrical panel doesn't make sound and sometimes turns on on its own. I don't think we were reimbursed for our service calls when the machines were under warranty, and I'm not sure if they are still under warranty. How can I get my washer looked at and find out about warranty reimbursement?

My GE dishwasher will not start; five lights are on, but the start light is not coming on. When I press start delay hours, 2 lights come on, and the normal light, steam light, heated light, and lock controls light are all green, except the lock controls light which is yellow. The dishwasher is about 4 years old and this is the third time I am using it. What could be the issue and what should I check?

My Samsung DV331aew dryer is loud when it tumbles. The noise has been getting progressively worse for a few weeks, and I haven't tried anything yet. What could be causing the noise, and is it worth getting repaired or should I get a new one? What is the cost to replace the drum?
