My top-loading washer, only a few years old, has started getting extremely out of balance during the spin cycle, causing it to jolt and 'walk' across the room. This happens with every load, regardless of weight, and when I cancel the cycle, the clothes are balled up. Additionally, the water isn't draining completely from the tub after the second spin. What could be causing this and how can it be fixed?
