I have a brand new machine that has run twice and after it washes and drains, it just blinks 'rinse'. What could be the issue and what should I do to troubleshoot it without voiding the warranty?

My GE dishwasher (model GDT655SMJ5ES) is not getting hot enough, not cleaning well, and not drying dishes. It started about 3 months ago and is 14 months old. I have replaced the element and float switch, but the issue persists. The water supply is connected to hot water, and the temperature at the sink is 115 degrees. What could be causing this issue and what else can I check or replace?

I have been waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes to talk to someone. I live in a rural area and need to talk to someone live. My appliances, a dryer and a washer, are less than 2 years old and have had service calls. The dryer still has issues, and now the washer's electrical panel doesn't make sound and sometimes turns on on its own. I don't think we were reimbursed for our service calls when the machines were under warranty, and I'm not sure if they are still under warranty. How can I get my washer looked at and find out about warranty reimbursement?

My GE dishwasher will not start; five lights are on, but the start light is not coming on. When I press start delay hours, 2 lights come on, and the normal light, steam light, heated light, and lock controls light are all green, except the lock controls light which is yellow. The dishwasher is about 4 years old and this is the third time I am using it. What could be the issue and what should I check?
