My induction cooktop is acting weird. It won't go above 5 on any of the burners and if I try to slide my finger along to get it higher, it goes off or lower. It also was making a repeated beep and not turning on for a brief period. What could be causing these issues and what can I do to fix it?

We have a double oven purchased in March 2018. The knobs are bubbling and peeling, and the burner marking indicators are wearing off. We only use a sponge or dishrag to clean the top, and we've had to replace the grates because the originals didn't match up. What can be done about the cosmetic issues and worn markings?
