My Maytag dishwasher (model # *, 6-7 years old) fills with water but stops before starting the wash cycle (on both heavy or normal wash), and the start light blinks. The heater element has 12.7 ohms, the cancel and drain function works fine, and the inlet valve and float are functioning correctly. Can it still be the heater coil?
