My Maytag washer will not start, and the lid lock light keeps flashing. The washer is 4 to 5 years old and is an Eco conserve automatic water level model. It started to flood under the tub when my wife was doing a wash, and after turning it off and on, it drained most of the water but then started the sensing light and the lid light again.
