We have a Viking oven with model number XXXXX(NNN) NNN-NNNN. When using the oven, excessive heat pours out of the backsplash behind the burners. The back of the stove top and the wall behind it get incredibly hot. Is this normal, or is there an issue with the installation?

Where do I find the filter to clean it? I have a Whirlpool dishwasher model DU1301XTV12 that I have had for 7 years and have never cleaned the filter. I plan to do the work myself and have no prior knowledge of dishwasher maintenance.

I have an undercabinet KitchenAid icemaker (model KUIC15PHZS, serial # K409907749, MFG date 2/14) that no longer cools. I have tried cleaning it and following the diagnostic steps, including checking the compressor cooling, where I felt cool air. However, when left running, it does not cool at all.
