We have a Maytag top-loading washer that is about a year old. The spin cycle isn't working; it drains but doesn't spin to release the water from the clothes, leaving them sopping wet. When trying to use the spin cycle, it makes a slight squeaking sound, and the time goes down, but it barely spins. What could be causing this issue, and what steps can be taken to diagnose and potentially fix it?

My Jenn-Air JGRP430WP01 control panel is not working; it flickers every few minutes but doesn't function otherwise. The appliance is about 10 years old, and this issue has been occurring for a couple of years, especially after power failures. I have tried resetting the appliance by turning off the breaker for 2-3 minutes, but it still only flickers and doesn't work. What should I do?

I have a Whirlpool refrigerator (model W11395838A/W11396854A-SP) that stopped cooling properly several months ago. Despite multiple service visits and attempts to resolve the issue, the problem persists. The service technicians have provided various explanations, such as the door being held open to cool the room or too much food being stored, which I find unreasonable. The refrigerator is still under warranty, including an extended 5-year plan. Why am I being denied warranty service, and what can I do to get this resolved?

The coil on the bottom of my electric stove was sparking weeks ago, and I stopped using it. I can't find the model number anywhere to order the part. The stove is probably 17+ years old. Who makes your oven? How long has this been going on with your GE oven? What have you tried so far?

When baking, my 10-year-old GE Profile electric oven builds up excessive steam and locks up. The higher the temperature, the quicker it locks. Opening the door to release the steam and using a box fan on the oven door seem to help. This issue has been ongoing for 3 years, and an appliance technician replaced the temperature sensor, but it didn't help. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?
