I am trying to pair my Samsung surround sound speakers with my Samsung TV remote, but I cannot do it. The connection issues started after switching from Rogers regular cable to Rogers WIFI Ignite. Everything was updated and connected by Geek Squad, and it worked fine until I connected my blue headset to the TV. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I am checking on a subscription for UrbanflixTV. It was supposed to be expired on 7/21, but when I checked the subscription, it says it was expired. I want to cancel it, but I need help to ensure it's properly canceled and possibly request a refund. Where did I sign up from, and how can I proceed with this?

I can't sign in to my Hulu account because I can't remember my password, and when I try to reset it, it says the passwords don't match. I've tried several times and checked the password over and over. What should I do?

I am trying to set up a Wi-Fi site for a Kindle book using my AT&T 2Wire modem. I have entered the numbers from the modem, but it still doesn't set up. I was told the modem has a router inside. How can I correctly connect my Kindle to my Wi-Fi network?

I lost all passwords and am not allowed into my files. I have reset my username and password about 50 times today. My computer is an AMD with Windows 7 Pro, purchased 2 years ago. I have a lot of RAM and memory. I am considering suicide due to this issue.
