I have a ten-year-old WiFi modem that intermittently provides internet access and is unable to connect my desktop computer to the internet. I recently purchased a new Xfinity Internet and voice modem but do not know how to set it up. The old modem has two solid blue lights and one blinking orange light. The new modem shows 'no internet service' when connected. How can I resolve this issue and set up the new modem correctly?
