I have a Transformer Prime TF201 with Android version 4.1.1. Until last week, I had no issues playing videos of my grandchildren, but now they are stilted and pixelated. The videos are labeled as 'Real Player'. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

Since the problem with the computer was a virus, why wouldn't Norton 360 have picked it up? I was thinking of not renewing Norton in a couple of months, as I was told by Staples that Norton is a big resource hog on a computer. What other anti-virus programs do you suggest? Is Kaspersky good? I like the back-up feature of Norton 360, but since it didn't catch this virus, now I'm skeptical.
