Since the problem with the computer was a virus, why wouldn't Norton 360 have picked it up? I was thinking of not renewing Norton in a couple of months, as I was told by Staples that Norton is a big resource hog on a computer. What other anti-virus programs do you suggest? Is Kaspersky good? I like the back-up feature of Norton 360, but since it didn't catch this virus, now I'm skeptical.

The H, U, and N keys on my new ASUS notebook are not working. I have tried the touchscreen keyboard, which has the same problem. I have restarted the computer, but now I can't log in because my password contains an H. What should I do?

My Gateway wireless mouse receiver doesn't stay on. The receiver blinks for about 10 seconds and then turns off, requiring me to constantly hit the power button on the receiver. I've tried connecting it to different USB ports, including on my laptop, and replaced the batteries in both the keyboard and mouse. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

My computer will not connect to Facebook, even after clearing cookies, running maintenance, and doing a system restore. I can access other sites, but now I'm also having trouble with AOL.com. What can I do to resolve this issue?

My laptop turns on, shows the gateway logo, then shuts off and comes back on by itself in a cycle. The only way to stop this is by holding the power button down or removing the battery or unplugging. Is there a way to correct this or do I need to get a tech?

I have just purchased a new PC with Windows 7 Professional loaded. I initially opened it with a password, but now it does not recognize the password. I was not informed about saving the password to a floppy disk or flash drive. How can I get into the system and change the password?
