I purchased a ThinkPad in May 2017 and am just now setting it up. I can't get the Lenovo external monitor connected, and the docking station isn't working either. I'm running Windows 10 and haven't installed any recent updates. What should I do to resolve these issues?

I am unable to change my password on WS. I was given a temporary password '12345678' by Eric, but it is not being accepted. I have several computers, including a generic Dell, HP All-in-One, and HP Desktop PC. I am currently using the generic Dell. How can I change my password on the computer?

I need someone to upgrade my computer to Windows 10 Pro. My current operating system is Windows 8.1, and I believe the computer was made for me.
