When I try to access my email, I see part of the person's email address they used as a backup email. What can be done to regain access to my Yahoo account and secure it?

I have turned on 2-step verification for my Microsoft account and have two email addresses: ***@******.*** and ***@******.***. I would like to secure remote assistance to resolve this issue.
