My phone was stolen at a bank on October 17th, and the person who took it has locked me out of my Yahoo email account, sending messages to the bank and my clients. I need to have the email account blocked and for Yahoo to contact me. All the information in my account is critical. Why can I not log into AOL? The icon goes to the bottom of the screen and will not pop up so I can login. My computer is a Dell with Windows 10, and I am almost 80 years old.
