I have been having issues setting up my email accounts on my Surface Pro 3. I have two email accounts from AT&T that I want to combine into one. I can send and receive emails, but I can't sync subfolders to access my email history. Additionally, I have a JustAnswer account but don't remember my password, and I don't want to be charged again for the service.

I am still seeing a request to verify my account, even after spending hours trying to resolve the issue myself and with Just Answer. I cannot open my phone to receive Google's codes for verification, and the process keeps failing with a message saying 'something went wrong, try again.' I also cannot send photos or files. What can I do to resolve this issue?

How do I make a picture file size smaller so I can send it to Just Answer? The file is on my desktop and is currently over 5000 KB.

I believe my computer drivers are out of date and a message keeps popping up on my screen. I signed up for a year of tech support on 9-13-17 and need an icon on my desktop for easy access to justanswer.com. I would like to deal with Martin again, who helped me last time. I also need an account number. What should I do?

I noticed unauthorized charges of $5.15 on November 1st and $47.38 on November 6th on my credit card from JustAnswer, despite not completing a transaction or receiving any help. I want to know why I was charged and how to get a refund.

I have a Just Answer membership valid through 1/09/22 and I am trying to recover the password for my email account ***@******.***. I received a temporary password on 11/12/21, but it was sent to the email account I am unable to open. I believe the password I am seeking is either 'Beamer' or 'Buben' with several numbers. I can receive my email on my phone without a password, but I want to sign in on a computer to print some photos sent to me. What steps can I take to recover my password?

I have used Just Answer many times and the last time Dan helped me remove freeware and did a great job! He re-added Chrome, which I hate but I guess needed to be there. Several issues though: (1) my internet is creepy slow and am today unable to open my email or get on some of my sites, (2) when Dan did his thing, my email reverted from my preferred full view to preview. Please change it back to full view. My internet provider is AT&T. I have recently heard of internet providers slowing down their internet speeds to cause customers to pay more to speed up their internet. Is that happening here?
