I have been experiencing issues with updating my credit card details on my Amazon account despite updating the expiry date. I was transferred to JustAnswer and had to pay $53, but my issue was not resolved. I was then told the bank had declined my payment, which is incorrect. I do not wish to use JustAnswer again and have asked the bank to stop payment of the $53. I am unable to reach the Amazon help center and am frustrated with the service. I was charged for an Uber that didn't arrive. The driver cancelled and charged me $8. I was waiting at the Salmon Building in South Brisbane at 10:32. Additionally, I have been charged various amounts on my credit card from JustAnswer, including a $67.98 expert fee, a $1.98 foreign fee, and a $2.06 join fee. I am disputing all these costs and require a refund for the $8 cancellation fee and all other charges.

Why was my checking account charged $46.00 on 4/26/2021? I do not believe I owe you anything and I am not a member. I had called HP for printer help and they put me in contact with Just Answer. I thought it was a one-time situation - no member - no more fees.
