I thought it was going to be $12 but it's $36. I don't understand that. This question was about my bill, not a computer problem. The $36 charge appeared on this month's bank statement which I got a few days ago. And what's the $18 deposit? I don't remember authorizing that. Nor do I understand how my one question about accessing my Picasa account wound up costing $36. I really want to be able to use your service but I need to understand your billing process. I hope I'm not being charged for this.
