How do I cancel my account on JustAnswer?

I am unable to sign in to my YouTube TV account on my MacBook Pro. The sign-in process went off the rails, and I was sent back to the sign-in screen even though I was already logged in on my iPhone. I tried to answer a question in my Gmail, but it sent me back to 'Just Answer'. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I can't print. I tried using Microsoft yesterday and it didn't work, even after spending two hours with them. I have an account with JustAnswer and previously worked with Mr. Neuman. I have three drivers in my downloads, but I'm not good with computers. They had me remove all software from my computer yesterday, so now there's no software other than what I downloaded yesterday, but I got too frustrated and had to stop. My computer was purchased in October. How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB? When did you last update the printer driver software? Is there anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I am extremely upset with a back order item from William Sonoma and disappointed in their customer service. I ordered a bread machine yesterday, which was promised to be delivered by the 14th, but today it says it is on back order. I needed it no later than the 14th as promised. I tried to cancel the order but was unable to, and customer service was unresponsive. I want a call within 1 hour to resolve this issue. How can I ensure PayPal doesn't pay William Sonoma when they claim the item is no longer on back order, and how can I cancel my $5.00 free trial to JustAnswer?
