My 14-year-old dog, Shelby, was scratched on her snout by a feral cat three days ago. Now she has knots on each side of her snout and possible gashes under her top lip. She is eating, drinking, and walking normally, but slightly lethargic. We are out of town until Sunday, and all vets are closed until Monday. What should I do in the meantime?
