My 3.5-month-old puppy, Molly, is not using her left hind leg properly and sometimes carries it. When she does walk on it, she puts it down toe first and won't use it to climb stairs. The vet x-rayed her and found nothing, and she's on anti-inflammatory medication and Benadryl with no improvement. What could be the issue and what should I do?

My dog Weston has been acting differently, such as sniffing the air in the bedroom for a couple of months, waking me up with low barking, vomiting four days ago, and obsessively trying to eat his brother's poop. Hello, my dog seems to have a corneal ulcer. I should have some drops for this, just wanted to make sure I can give them while she is on gabapentin for a possible slipped disc or spinal stroke. Can I use tobramycin while she is using gabapentin?
