What are the consequences of not proceeding with surgery due to high cost and no open slot for surgery at the government vet hospital for about 2 weeks? Furthermore, she hasn't pooped since the accident on 6th May 2016. If we go ahead with the surgery on 25th May 2016, is it possible to still fix her dislocated hip?
