My dog got hit by a car and has dislocated and fractured hips. What are the consequences of not proceeding with surgery due to high cost and no open slot for surgery at the government vet hospital for about 2 weeks? Furthermore, she hasn't pooped since the accident on 6th May 2016. If we go ahead with the surgery on 25th May 2016, is it possible to still fix her dislocated hip?

We adopted a dog from a healthy environment. The previous owner wants to have a play date as they miss the dog greatly.
