My dog, Coca, has chronic allergies, a yeast infection on her belly and chest, a strong odor, and smelly urine. She has been to the vet multiple times, and we've tried various treatments, including anti-fungal and antibiotic medications, special shampoos, and a change in diet. However, she is difficult to bathe due to her size, and her condition seems to relapse. She also has accidents in the house, and the smell is unlike normal urine. What can be done to address these issues, especially given my financial constraints?

My Chihuahua, Zoey, had severe diarrhea yesterday morning and hasn't eaten or drank anything since. She has a history of pancreatitis, dehydration, and severe separation anxiety. My 12-week-old tri-color pit bull, Rex, has red and tender ears that he cries when he tries to scratch. He shakes his ears a lot and has a slight rash inside the ear, not in the ear canal. I've used camphoric drops in his ears for a few days, which seems to help, but I can't afford to take him to the vet. What can I do at home to help his ears?
