I have a small lump on my anus that is not painful, has no blood in stool or on toilet paper, and no mucus discharge. I noticed it one week ago and it was sore for about 24 hours. My bowel movements have become irregular since I started taking supplements. Should I be concerned?

I just got my hematology report and it says my WBC is low (3.9) and my lymphocyte Absolute is a bit low (1.03). My NP said everything was within normal limits, but I'm concerned. Should I be worried, and what could be causing these low values?

I have completed a course of antibiotics (nitrofurantoin, augmentin, doxycycline, and metronidazole) but symptoms persist, including worsening pain and urgency.
