I was let go from my position as Quality Manager at a machine shop on April 2nd. However, they still use my name, picture, and biographical information on their website, and list me as part of the senior management team. How do I get them to stop?

We shared an industry-related story on our website and listed the original article owner. We have Pic-Rights trying to collect money from us for the image that was connected to the article. If we were not the original image poster, just reposting, are we still responsible to pay compensation for the use of Associated Press' photo?

My husband was charged with a DUI in Feb 2018 and has since been on probation due to missing court dates and failing to complete the ARD program. He is 63 years old, has a failing memory believed to be dementia, and is in no physical shape to go to jail. We are awaiting a court date and have an appointment with a neurologist and a rehab evaluation. Our attorney is unresponsive. What can we do to get him back into the ARD program, and is it possible for him to be allowed back into the program if diagnosed with dementia?

Can anything be done in terms of suing an employer in NY state for creating a hostile work environment that involves intimidation and demeaning behavior, even though it doesn't involve illegal discrimination? Additionally, if I was offered a severance deal to waive any future claims, can I negotiate for more severance by threatening to report workplace violations, and would this be considered blackmail or protected under whistleblower laws?

I have been communicating with someone claiming to be a military person in Kabul who says they don't have access to their funds and needs me to contact the Department of Defense to request a vacation leave, which I would have to pay for. They mentioned something about an MPI or transit permit. Does this sound legitimate?
