Can a will be written in a different state than the elderly executor's primary residence, especially if they are residents of more than one state or temporarily visiting another state, and how does the validity of the will in other states work?

I have a purchase offer on my condo property in Boulder, CO. In the contract to buy, there is a request for Owner's Association Documents. When I contacted my management company (RealManage), they told me they cannot tell me the cost for providing that documentation; that they will include the cost as part of my closing. How do I know that they won't charge some exorbitant amount if I don't know ahead of time what their charge will be? My real estate agent says he has never seen something like this, in his 25 years in the business, and I am flummoxed.

I purchased a secondhand Hydrafacial machine for my business. The company that makes the machines is sending me letters stating I am infringing on their trademark and demanding I pay $7,500 to use the term Hydrafacial. I thought I would be protected by Fair Use of trademarks to conduct business. What should I do, as they are threatening legal action if I don't comply?
