How can I get a divorce if my wife doesn't want to give me a divorce, and I don't want to be with her anymore? I've tried giving her the house and taking all debts myself, but we both are paying the house, and she doesn't want to go. I can't afford to pay the house payment and another place to go, and I don't want to affect my credit. What can I do to be legally separated without leaving and getting into trouble?

I am a Resident Care Coordinator at an Assisted Living Facility. One of my residents, who is unable to speak and has no family, is being served by a collection agency for a $1400 debt involving a car loan. The resident lives on Medicaid and has no money left after care costs. The car is parked at our facility and hasn't moved in a year since the resident moved in. I have asked the loan company to come and get the car, but they have not. Can they garnish his meager Social Security check and jeopardize his living situation, and make our facility responsible for the disposal of the vehicle?

Our neighbor feeds 2 cats by leaving food in his backyard. Our cat, a domestic family pet that lives inside and out, occasionally goes to the neighbor's property and eats the food left outside. The neighbor insists that we hire a cat behaviorist, train our cat to live indoors 24/7 and use a litter box, and not allow our cat to go outside.
