Our neighbor feeds 2 cats by leaving food in his backyard. Our cat, a domestic family pet that lives inside and out, occasionally goes to the neighbor's property and eats the food left outside. The neighbor insists that we hire a cat behaviorist, train our cat to live indoors 24/7 and use a litter box, and not allow our cat to go outside. He has been harassing us with threatening phone calls and yelling at us in front of our children. What legal recourse and advice do we have?

I was arrested for aggravated DUI (AGG DUI 1) because I refused to take the breathalyzer. The arresting officer previously lied in a criminal complaint against my friend, who was also arrested for DUI by the same officer. My friend caught the officer lying about the validity of his tags and insurance. Given this history of dishonesty, I refused the breathalyzer. Should I go to trial, and is it worth it?

I have a former coworker who is threatening to blackmail me by spreading private information about my past sexual relationship with another coworker.
