I had an illegal surgery performed on me by the state of Oregon's OHSU Hospital, involving the installation of a computer in my body and removal of organs. I was told I am on a kill list in the United States and advised to seek asylum in Hong Kong or the Netherlands. Additionally, a lawyer said I cannot file an injunction because I am part of a 'gentlemen's club.' What legal actions can I take to protect myself and seek asylum?

I have been paying my mother for the purchase of her property since 2017, but she refuses to transfer ownership to me due to her Medicaid status, which requires her to sell the property at fair market value. I have already paid more than the fair market value, including liens and repairs. What can I do to enforce the verbal contract without affecting her Social Security or Medicaid eligibility?

I enrolled at a gym over a year ago but didn't receive a copy of the waiver when I signed the contract. The gym also added an optional activity that required a separate contract, which I didn't sign before participating. I was injured during this optional activity. Is the original liability waiver still valid, and can the gym be held liable for my injuries under California law?

I am being evicted by my landlord's son using a tenant as a proxy to avoid giving a 60-day notice and a No Fault eviction, which is illegal. The tenant is also blocking my access to the house and cutting off my electricity. What legal actions can I take against this unlawful eviction and the landlord's actions?

I paid Jeremy Cane $49 through Venmo for merchandise I never received. The seller advertised sweatshirts for sale, and after making an order through messenger and paying $49 through Venmo, I was assured a tracking number would be provided once shipped. However, I never received the tracking number or the merchandise, and the seller is unresponsive. Do I have any recourse?

I am interested in getting feedback on a demand letter I am writing to an online 'social casino' that is actually a real money gambling website. They recently settled a class action for $11 million in Kentucky. I want my money back because what they are doing is illegal. What are your thoughts on the effectiveness of a demand letter for every penny I have ever spent there, and should it be sent via email or certified mail?
