Matthew B. asked
I have a service-oriented drafting company. My employee of 4 1/2 years is making major mistakes that are costing the company thousands of dollars. His personal issues seem to be affecting his performance. Can I legally keep his vacation and sick pay to cover these costs, and what are the legal implications if I cannot pay him what he is owed upon termination?

If someone is convicted of a felony and it is later discovered that the accuser tampered with evidence, is that sufficient reason to overturn the felony conviction and dismiss the case or to have a new trial?

An official transcript from a national board exam I have taken under nonstandard conditions (for a disability; well documented) will indicate 'Not taken under standard conditions.' Future employers will know I have a disability but not the specifics. I feel my rights are being violated and I am worried about my application being discarded despite my achievements. How can I ensure my disability is seen as a strength and not a disadvantage, and how do I protect myself from potential discrimination?

I hired a tree company to cut my tree, and they caused damage to my neighbor's driveway. The tree company offered to repair the damage but my neighbor refused and asked me to file a claim with my homeowner's insurance, which was denied. What is my responsibility as a good neighbor in this situation?

I am trying to research non-US laws on organ transplants, specifically looking for examples where a model law allows some form of restitution for the donor. I am aware that Belize currently has no such law and would like to know if this has been implemented elsewhere.
