I live in Massachusetts and own several Class C weapons. I was granted an FID three years ago after my DUI, which was over seven years old at the time. With the new laws, do you believe they will grant me a Class A license? I've only been convicted of DUI and had continuances on marijuana possession. Even though it's been more than 10 years since getting into trouble, and despite Massachusetts being tough on gun laws, I fail every NIC check. So, my only buying option is personal sales within my state. Can I expect to be rejected for a Class A in 2019 or earlier, especially if I want to join my local police academy? What are disqualifying misdemeanors to become an officer in Massachusetts?

I just received a notice for mediation from Municipal Court due to accusations of harassment and threatening from a troublesome neighbor. Do I need to hire an attorney, and is the mediation legally binding?

I believe I have been continuously harassed by the federal government, specifically the FBI, who I have seen following me. I have no criminal record, am a college student, and have PTSD, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I am in need of help. What actions can I take concerning this harassment, and how can I report it?

If someone filed a restraining order and there was a conflict or mistake, leading to an amended restraining order, are they allowed to continue altering restraining orders? If this one person, out of spite or other reasons, keeps filing restraining orders to complicate situations, are they allowed to go overboard with this?

How do you interpret 37 U.S. Code Section 478a (c) Maximum Reimbursement Amount? Specifically, can a soldier have $1,000 in expenses and claim $300 in expenses or is a soldier limited to having $300 in expenses in order to claim this reimbursement?
