I sold my truck to a gentleman for $5000, but I still owed $2000 on it. He was supposed to test drive the truck and give me $2000 to get the title, then pay the remaining $3000 when I returned with the title. However, he later refused to buy the truck, claiming it wasn't a 4x4 as he thought, and demanded his money back. I've been paying him back a few hundred every other week, but it's becoming stressful. Do I legally owe him anything?

I am helping two homeless individuals and their dog get hotel lodging during cold temperatures, but they do not have any ID. They were recently denied a duplicate room key at the front desk because they lacked ID. How can they obtain an ID and continue to secure hotel lodging in Illinois?

I bought a Silverado truck in 2005 and paid off the loan in 2010. I recently discovered there is a lien on the truck from Bank of Colorado, the original lender, and they don't have a record of it. How can I get the missing title?

I am an exterminator working for a pest control company called Abalon in NYC. My company has a contract with M.T.A (Metropolitan Transportation Authority) at Grand Central Terminal and Metro North Railroads. I work the day shift from Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm, earning a prevailing wage of $26.60/hr. I was asked to cover the night route in Grand Central Terminal from July 2020 to September 2020 in addition to my morning route. I was told I would not receive time and a half for this overtime, but later found out this was incorrect. When I approached my employer about this, I was threatened. Additionally, I am owed sick days from 2020 that I did not use. Can I sue for pain and suffering, and what are my options for recovering unpaid wages and sick days?

My husband sustained an injury while using his new Craftsman lawnmower. After contacting Craftsman and providing all requested documentation, they offered a 'full and final release settlement, indemnification, and confidentiality agreement' for $200, which doesn't cover the cost of the mower. Is signing this agreement acknowledging their responsibility, and what should we do: sign, not sign, or seek legal advice?

My 16-year-old son has been building a Minecraft server for a company in Canada, Sweden, and Germany. They agreed to partial payments of 20% at a time, but after receiving the first 20%, they refuse to pay further and are threatening to sue him. The total deal was for $5000. They have changed payment methods multiple times and are now committing slander against him on the Minecraft marketplace. How can we address this situation legally, given that it involves international business and my son is a minor?
