We were hired to clean a vacant house, completed the work, but the customer refused to pay, claiming nothing was cleaned. Despite our inspections and evidence showing the work was done, the customer threatened to file a BBB complaint and leave fake reviews if we didn't waive her bill. The BBB now requires us to offer a monetary settlement or face a rating adjustment. We have overwhelming evidence of our work and the customer's fraudulent behavior. What should we do?
