I am 68 years old and have arthritis. My circulation is poor, especially in my hands and legs, which get sore and sometimes collapse. I also experience swelling in my knees and ankles, especially during winter. I visit a chiropractor regularly, which helps temporarily. I drink fluids, including 1-2 cups of coffee daily and mostly good juices. What recommendations do you have for managing these symptoms?
