My friend is gluten intolerant and accidentally ate a piece of bread with gluten. She has been sick for four days, experiencing worsening symptoms such as diarrhea, stomach cramps, dizziness, and almost passing out this morning. She hasn't been able to eat much and took activated charcoal pills a few hours after consuming the gluten. Should I take her to a doctor, or just wait it out?

I was tested again yesterday with a 4th generation test on June 13th. The results came back as non-reactive. My last possible exposure was May 13th and the night of May 25th. Should I still be worried, plus all the things we talked about before?

Is it normal for vertigo to worsen a few hours before a period arrives, and can anxiety cause various physical symptoms such as dizziness, lightheadedness, fast heartbeat, and feeling sick almost all the time, including upon waking? Additionally, can severe anxiety cause vertigo symptoms and make someone feel more anxious during the initial phase of exercising?

Should I switch back to insulin instead of continuing with Alogliptin and other oral medications for my high blood sugar, given that my blood sugar levels remain high and I'm concerned about potential damage to my eyes, kidneys, and other organs?
